Fundamentals of Electrodynamics Ether-supported  Movement and Inner-ether Energetics
  the theory without any hypotheses


 

It is established, on the basis of laws of classical electrodynamics, that known forces under certain conditions meet counteraction (according to the third law of Newton) from unknown for a modern science of kinds of a matter  and make work due to the unknown uniquitous form of energy, that creates preconditions of an ascention on a new technological level and for radical restructuring transport, power, town-planning.   The project has the highest strategic commercial value. The first experimental acknowledgement already are (the experiment of Kushelev a.a.).

A Manual for Designing Electrodynamics Ether-supported  Movement and Devices of Inner-ether Energy. Recently logically accomplished system of fundamental physical knowledge which allow to build  essentially new means of transport  and energy sources has appeared. It is based on  the ether-based force-energy effect, revealed in the classical electrodynamics. But practical use demands to apply applied researches and engineering development. In this article principles of action and any technical characteristics of practically feasible devices are described. It is published in the magazine “G. Ivanov. New Energy Technologies, issue 2 (17), June 2004, p. 56-59”. It is the reduced variant.  The entire variant see on this site  (in Russian).


Protection of diplomas by students
In 2006 the professor from Lebanon Assad Khoury supervised over students who protected diplomas on subjects of the ether-based force-energy effects. The protection was successful and was accompanied by demonstration of experiments.

This figure, illustrating a task of the finding of the  resulting force F in the system, containing a frame 
with a current and a moving electrical (positive) charge, is the evident proof of the existence of the ETHER
